2017-18 Fall Activities Meeting

Fall Activities Meeting for grades 7-12
Monday, August 7, 2017
6:00 pm
RHS Auditorium

Meet the coaches, get practice/game schedules, and complete the necessary paperwork to ensure you are eligible to begin practice on the first day.
2017-18 Fall Registration is now open!

(one form per student must be submitted)

Online registration for 2017-18 Fall Activities at Rockford Areas Schools (grades 7-12) is now open for the following activities:
  • Cheerleading
  • Cross Country
  • Football
  • Soccer (Boys)
  • Soccer (Girls)
  • Volleyball
Once you have submitted your online form and your registration has been processed (this may take a few days), you will receive an email notification that your activity fee is ready to pay. The following must be completed and submitted to the Activities office in order to be eligible to practice on the first day:
  • Online registration form
  • Payment of activity fee
  • Current physical exam on file (within the last 3 years)
  • MSHSL Eligibility Statement (signature pages)

Rocket Activities Partner with Twin Cities Orthopedics
Rocket Activities now has a Twin Cities Orthopedic Trainer on staff each day.

The MSHSL Eligibility Statement and Sports Health Questionnaire (last 2 pages requiring signatures) must be completed annually by all students participating in activities.
